Beaumont Art League NATIONAL Exhibition Opening Reception March 1, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. The eyes of the national art community turn to Beaumont as the League showcases national and local talents in our biggest art competition of the year.    The 46th annual BAL National exhibition features artists from across the United States and gives local artists an opportunity to compete on a national level for cash prizes.     Entries range from the traditional to the unusual and include a variety of media and styles in painting, photography, printmaking, ceramics, and sculpture. Board member Shelley Plunkett said “It is our goal to make this exhibition the spotlight of the year.” “We are sure that this year’s show will be both visually and mentally stimulating.”   BAL is proud to have Ann Bell acclaimed artist and active, committed leader in the arts community as this years show juror.  For more information on Bell visit her website at www. Works will be on view at the League- 2675 Gulf Street, Beaumont Texas.   Gallery Hours are Tuesday – Friday, 10am-4pm and Saturdays 10am – 2pm.
